Cathy is a First Date Coach and Relationship Specialist. She is the Philadelphia Dating Rules Examiner for Examiner.com. She has developed 20 years of  expertise in successful relationship building as  owner of  both a  Real Estate Brokerage Firm  and  Investment Corporation.

She’s coached real estate investors all over the US including Hawaii and has established Real Estate Ministries for faith based organizations throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. She’s taught millions the basics of real estate investing with her spiritually based  TV show “Prosperity Thru Real Estate”.

She has a BS in Psychology from West Chester University and has been trained as a  professional speaker with the renowned Les Brown. Cathy is also a graduate of  FDU- First Date University and is contracted as a membership & dating consultant for an international dating brokerage. Cathy has listened to the thousands of  dating  and relationship stories of these busy professionals and has been trained as a Relationship & Dating Coach with the Coach Training Academy.
